The Holocaust

I’m using Facing History’s Holocaust curriculum. The lessons on Identity and Stereotypes is great. The activities like the concentric discussion, concept maps and the journaling really engage the students to build their understanding of these terms. I have often just dived into the content to give students some historical context to the events we will discuss. This new angle will, I hope, give students the terms and foundation to see the progression of events leading up to the Nazis and the Holocaust for themselves.
